本機床是為拉削奧迪車法蘭盤式三柱槽、液壓馬達轉子及重車滑套等專門設計制造的。該加工件的特點是形狀復雜，加工余量大，定位困難，且精度要求高。針對以上要求，我公司在通用400KN立式拉床的基礎上，增加了相應的拉刀導向裝置，產品定位裝置和拉刀自動夾緊裝置等。機床具有自動、半自動及手動調整加工的功能。單道工序節拍達40件/小時。
Double oil cylinder on the upward Broaching MachineThis machine is specially designed for broaching flange type housing, rotor of oil hydraulic motor in AUDI automobile and sliding bush.
Work piece above mentioned usually has complex shape; big machining allowance and it is hard to positioning and need high accuracy. So we added broach guide device,positioning device and self-holding device on 400KN vertical ,broaching machine to realize auto, semi-auto and manual machining.
